Represented by the Central Bank of Oman (CBO) and the Ministry of Finance, the Sultanate of Oman actively participates in the joint annual meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for 2023. This significant event, taking place in Marrakesh, Morocco, spans until October 15, 2023.
The meetings serve as a platform for deliberations on a wide range of critical topics, including sustainable development, poverty alleviation, and global economic projections. Additionally, the activities held on the sidelines of the meetings aim to explore effective solutions to pressing global challenges.
Oman will also be a participant in the annual meetings of Arab finance ministers, further contributing to the collective discourse on regional and international financial matters.
