A leading Abu Dhabi-based holding company, Ethmar International Holding (EIH), has unveiled its Emiratisation program, ‘Ethmarati,’ at the Tawdheef x Zaheb 2023 exhibition. The program aims to support the UAE’s Emiratisation vision by providing skill development and job opportunities for Emirati youth in the private sector. EIH, with a diverse portfolio across various sectors, plans to offer more than 700 job opportunities through the program. The initiative includes specialized training, real-world experience, and collaboration with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) to enhance the employability of Emirati talents in the private sector.
