UAE Indian Expat Wins $1 Million Again in Dubai Duty Free Draw
While many people have been trying to win the Dubai Duty Free (DDF) draw for years, a 50-year-old Indian expatriate based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from Bangalore has won $1 million (Rs 8.40). 81,872) on Wednesday, October 23 for the second time in the weekly Millennium Millionaire promotion.
Winner Amit Saraf became the ninth person to win the Millennium Millionaire promotion twice when he drew ticket number 2813 of Millennium Millionaire Series 477 purchased online on October 8.
Saraf, who ran his online trading business in Dubai, has been a regular online ticket buyer for over 8 years now.
He previously won $1 million in January 2021 in Millennium Millionaire Series 348 with ticket number 0518. He also won a Mercedes-Benz S500 car in February 2023 in the Finest Surprise Series 1829 ticket number 0115.
Additionally, he won a Dh40,000 Dubai Duty Free Gift Card during the Dubai Duty Free 40th Anniversary Surprise on 20 December 2023.
