Dubai Announces Eid Al Adha Holiday Visa Service Timings

GDRFA Dubai Ensures Visa Service Availability Throughout Eid Al Adha Holidays

During the Eid Al Adha holidays, Dubai’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has announced that essential services related to residence visas and entry permits will continue to be available at select centres, ensuring convenience and accessibility for residents and visitors alike.

The GDRFA has outlined its operating hours from June 15 to 18 to accommodate the needs of the public during this festive period. Notably, the Customer Happiness Centre at Dubai International Airport, located in Terminal 3’s Arrivals Hall, will operate around the clock, providing uninterrupted services. This facility serves as a pivotal point for travelers arriving in Dubai, offering a comprehensive range of visa and residency services to facilitate smooth entry and stay in the emirate.

In addition to the airport centre, the Al Aweer Customer Happiness Centre will be open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM throughout the Eid holidays. Situated strategically, this centre caters to residents and visitors seeking assistance with visa-related matters, ensuring that support is readily available during specified hours.

For individuals requiring assistance or information regarding GDRFA transactions, the Amer call centre remains accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers can reach out via the toll-free number 8005111 to receive guidance and support, ensuring that queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

To further enhance service delivery and streamline processes, the GDRFA encourages the public to utilize digital platforms such as the Dubai Now application or visit their official website (http://www.gdrfad.gov.ae) for completing visa-related transactions online. These platforms offer convenience and flexibility, allowing users to manage their visa applications and inquiries remotely without the need for physical visits to service centres.

The GDRFA’s proactive measures in extending service hours and leveraging digital solutions underscore its commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. By ensuring continuous access to essential visa services during Eid Al Adha, the authority aims to facilitate hassle-free experiences for residents and visitors while upholding stringent service standards.

As Dubai continues to evolve as a global hub for business, tourism, and residency, the GDRFA’s efforts in maintaining service availability and enhancing accessibility reflect its readiness to support the emirate’s growth trajectory. By adapting to the dynamic needs of its diverse population and international visitors, the GDRFA plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth entry and residence experiences, contributing to Dubai’s reputation as a preferred destination for living, working, and leisure.
