Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Achieves Second Magnet Accreditation for Nursing Excellence

The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) has granted Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a member of the M42 Group, the prestigious Magnet® accreditation for the second time.
This honor, which is widely acknowledged as a global standard for nursing quality, demonstrates the hospital’s dedication to providing compassionate, top-notch patient care, cutting-edge procedures, and professional nursing standards.
Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi was the first and youngest hospital in the UAE to receive this designation in 2019.
The renewed designation reflects the exceptional ability of the hospital’s nursing team, who excel in every aspect of patient care. Notably, 97 percent of nurses hold advanced certifications, 90 percent have participated in leadership development programs, and 85 percent have contributed to pioneering research that is shaping the future of patient care.
Additionally, the hospital has a less than 5 percent turnover rate for registered nurses, 100 percent of nurses have completed advanced patient care training, and 99 percent of nurses have a bachelor’s degree or higher. Its continuous dedication to providing compassionate and exceptional patient care is further evidenced by its 100% patient satisfaction ratings.
